Thomas is a friend of Xander. He's straight and did seem nervous in the shoot ,but, went ahead and did it anyway. As his initiation, Xander said I should freak him out. For instance, tell him he had to do something with a gerbil. So, while we were taking the stills, I casually asked if he was the one who wanted to do a gerbil scene, (we don't actually do "gerbil scenes" here). With a priceless look on his face, he answered in a tiny voice "no, not me."

I couldn't keep it up and had to laugh. Later, all three of us had another laugh when Xander called and Thomas told him he was interrupting his "gerbil scene."
